Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the legal action against Minneapolis protesters and said she expects more people to be charged.

Minnesota and the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul are suing to end a surge of federal immigration agents they said violates federal and state laws.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said the FBI’s decision to take over the investigation will keep state officials from accessing evidence.
