Appeals Court Sides With Missouri Republicans on Redrawn House Map

The order may have little impact because of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that blocked the congressional districts that favor Republicans.
Secretary of State Denny Hoskins of Missouri, a Republican, said he believed redistricting was not eligible for a referendum.
